Maldives In-flight Catering (MIC) was opened in 1989 as a joint venture between Maldives Airports Company Limited and SATS (a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Airlines).  
 

MIC is known for efficient service in providing international standard hygienic meals to meet the airline customers’ satisfaction. Utilizing imported quality raw materials from Colombo, Dubai and Singapore together with the highly qualified culinary team comprising of multi-nationals, MIC continues to try its best to achieve culinary excellence. Among the variety of cuisines available are classical French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai and even meals meeting medical and religious dietary requirements.

Additionally, MIC also provides aircraft interior cleaning service to scheduled, charter and ad hoc airline carriers operating to and from Male’ International Airport.
